Belmont Press has 15 die cutting presses available with sheet sizes up to 28" x 40", pressure up to 250 tonnes, and production speeds up to 7000 impressions per hour. Products die-cut include: folding cartons, folders, greeting cards, covers and labels. The presses also perforate, crease and cut score.

Our Bobst 102E has a stripping attachment that enables us to strip three sides of the sheet and any internal apertures, on the press.

Jobs that have been die cut can also be stripped and glued by Belmont Press. Sheets that require hand folding and gluing can be done in our finishing department.

A Regal gluer is available for standard pocket folders, and a Bobst Domino 90 gluer has recently been purchased for high-speed production of a large variety of cartons and folders.
